Job Description
Legion Global, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistent, compliant, and employee-centered HR processes as the company continues to grow.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting core HR functions, including but not limited to:
- Conducting new employee onboarding and employee offboarding, including coordination of documentation, system access, and required processes
- Assisting with the drafting, administration, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employment-related documentation
- Supporting HR compliance activities, including monitoring adherence to company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Engaging in employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate
- Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions
- Maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential employee records
- Providing general administrative support to HR leadership as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR administrative, HR coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with standard office and HR systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and employees
